Hydro forming

Resato delivers hydraulic units and componenets for hydroforming. Hydroforming  is a cost-effective way of shaping malleable metals such as aluminum and steel into lightweight, structurally stiff and strong pieces.Hydroforming makes use of complex shapes possible.

Hydroforming allows complex shapes to be formed, which would be difficult or impossible to achive with traditional methodes. Hydroformed parts can be made with a higher stiffness to weight ratio at lower costs per unit.

Portable Power Pack type WPS/DPS

The Resato portable power pack is a self-contained air-driven unit of proven design. Not only can it be used to pressurize valves, fittings, hoses, piping, vessels and wellhead equipment, but is also suitable for supply of hydraulic power to operating cylinders, presses, rams, jacks, bolt tensioners and actuators.
