Water Jet Cutting installations
Worldwide Resato is one of the few Water Jet Cutting installations suppliers that singlehandedly develop and build both the high pressure water jet pumps and the cutting tables.
The proven modular Water Jet Cutting installation type ACM comes standardly with direct direct linear driven motors on both main axes (X, Y) and have the following characteristics:
- All standard options are easily installable as a module afterward, enabling a machine upgrade to the customer’s wishes, for instance mounting a second cutting head or replacing a 2D
- cutting head by a 2.5D cutting head).
- Robust steel precision construction with direct linear driven motors on both main axes.
- Conduction and drives are adequately protected by bellows and protective stainless steel plating.
- The portal is driven from both sides of the cutting table.
- Separately independent measuring system, meaning no encoder measuring system.
- There is no impact of mechanical shortcomings (e.g. from temperature changes) on the cutting table accuracy due to mechanical / elektronical compensation.
- The cutting table can be fitted standardly with two Resato cutting heads.
- Jetlift linear z-axe, free of maintenance and with height sensor and anti collision detection.
- Electronic abrasive dosing system EF.
- Easy to learn and user friendly control through a 17” touch panel, especially developed for Water Jet Cutting.
- Electronic management system EMS enabling unmanned operation.
- Each Water Jet Cutting installation comes with IGEMS cutting software.
Accuracy (per axe) :
- Positioning accuracy: ± 50 μm / m (at 20⁰C)
- Repeatability accuracy: ± 50 μm / m (at 20⁰C)
Safety measures:
Resato Water Jet Cutting installations come with CE conformity (EU-guidelines and norms 2006/42/CE) and all contain safety features like a safety ligh curtain and a safety box.
