Waterjet cutting machines
The Resato Waterjet cutting machine type R-LCM is equipped with direct linear drives on each of the main axes ( X, Y and Z ) with the following main features:
- Robust and stable steel precision construction, provided with direct linear drives on all axes.
- Drives are shielded by stainless steel protection plating and bellows
- The bridge is driven on both sides of the table.
- No influence of mechanical defects (e.g. through changes in temperature) on the accuracy of the machine because of mechanical / electronic compensation.
- Standard supplied with maximum three Resato cutting heads type VJW.
- Jetlift Linear Z-axis, maintenace free, with height sensor and collision protection.
- Electronic abrasive feeder system
- Simple and easy-to-learn machine operation by way of a 15" mobile touch panel special desinged for waterjet applications.
- Electronic monitoring system EMS for unmanned operaration
- Supplied with Resato Powercam Software

- Position accuracy: ± 0.02 mm / m
- Repeatability: ± 0.15 mm
