The HTU-5000 is especially designed for hose manufacturers and assemblers that test Ultra High Pressure (UHP) hoses to prove quality and safety. The hose testing sytem is suitable to test hoses up to 5,000 bar / 72,000 psi. The two-pump setup allows the user to easily carry out the Parker X-Y-X tests by means of pressure presets of both pumps. This hose testing system is equipped with a digital pressure readout. The integrated Resato RCR computer recording system allows for the automatic generation of test certificates. To ensure safety during pressure testing, the HTU-5000 only allows pressure build-up with a closed cover. Its spacious design and polycarbonate impact resistance window enable a clear and safe view of the test object during testing. Operating time is reduced with the pressure pre-set function which allows for fast repeatable testing of many hoses without changing settings.
