ACM Job Manager Save on time and durability
Resato’s newest feature, the ACM Job Queue module, provides the possibility to automatically start cutting jobs after each other. It enables executing cutting jobs without interaction of the operator. This makes it ideal for cutting overnight or in the weekend. A set of cutting jobs can be prepared and queued for execution.
Each selected job for automatic starting will show a marker and an order number. It is possible to select and queue jobs with different materials and thicknesses randomly. It is even possible to queue new jobs in the list while cutting a job.
To avoid cutting head collisions, automatically started jobs always require the use of the height sensor. Manual height setting is not allowed in queued jobs.
Compatibility
ACM Single or Dual gantry machines with ACM Software package V2.20.0 or later installed. On dual gantry machines only single gantry operations can be scheduled.
- R-LCM, R-CM and RCT machines are not compatible with ACM Job manager.
Specifications
- Maximum amount of scheduled jobs: 10
- Job menu shows scheduled jobs in execution order
- Only single gantry cutting jobs can be scheduled
- Jobs with drilling and inkjet marking may only be scheduled as the first job
- Only cutting jobs with height sensing modes can be scheduled
- The feature is installed in the ACM software
Combination is the key
With the ACM Job Que and a diamond nozzle combined you play it safe.
The lifetime of a diamond nozzle is around 400-600 hours (depending on the job, number of piercings and the material). This means that due to a longer lifetime of the nozzle and the possibility to execute scheduled cutting jobs automatically you will save on time and durability of your ACM machine.
You will profit from longer cutting hours, less maintenance and less exchange of nozzles and seals.
