Making logistics sustainable Resato participates for the first time at the Logistica

Assen, Netherlands. From 28 to 30 November, Resato International will be taking part in Logistica to inform about the possibilities of hydrogen refueling in this sector. Logistica is the largest Dutch trade fair for the logistics industry. For the first time, there will be a hydrogen plaza that demonstrates the potential of forklifts running on hydrogen.

The high pressure expert from the Northern Netherlands wants to support the development of the hydrogen economy in the Netherlands. “Resato wants to inform logistic centers about the current possibilities with hydrogen and the different budget possibilities”, said Francois Hemmerlin, Business Development Manager – Hydrogen, about the participation. For hydrogen filling of forklifts, it is important to look at the business cases for distribution centers to find out whether a hydrogen solution is possible.

For Resato, it is the first exhibition in the logistic sector. Hydrogen fueling can make operations healthier for employees and more efficient for organizations, which Resato aims to achieve with its compact fueling station for fleet owners. “Together with suppliers in the sector, we would like to investigate how to combine our competences and pave the way for a more sustainable logistic sector which is prepared for the energy transition”, commented Mr. Hemmerlin about Resato’s reasons to attend the exhibition. “Furthermore, we hope to get open and passionate conversations and learn about the needs and requirements of the users in even greater depth”, he added.

Especially important for Resato is the Seminar “Waterstof op de kaart” on Wednesday, November 29, during which the benefits and potential of hydrogen applications in the logistics and handling industry are highlighted.
