At Resato about 20 assembly employees need to be kept at work every day. Keeping the team working and getting the highest efficiency out of the team is the top priority for me as logistics manager. In a perfect world sales are evenly spread out throughout the year, unfortunately this is not the reality. This makes my job as diverse and challenging. The balance between growth, capacity and demand needs to be managed in the best possible way.
