On 5 and 6 February we will present our smart waterjet cutting solutions at Prototyping-MNE. Previously these were two separate fairs, but now they have chosen to join forces. The location is the Kortrijk Xpo in Kortrijk, Belgium. The fair focuses on manufacturing technology from different sectors and is "the place to be" for many interested C-levels and department heads from engineering, production, engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, assembly and supply chain".

What we will present?

We are committed to greater flexibility through unmanned operations. The Resato Job manager and the Resato EMS Monitoring Software make this possible. With the Job Manager module, multiple cutting jobs can be programmed. These are then carried out automatically in succession. The EMS Monitoring Software monitors the cutting process 24/7. In case of a malfunction or when the abrasive runs out, an SMS message is immediately sent to the operator.

This can be extended with the flex-zone, which is mounted on the bridge of a machine. With this extension, the plates can be changed during the cutting process in a 100% safe working environment for the operator.
