At the TechniShow in Utrecht, the Dutch company Resato International presents its smart high pressure solutions for accurate cutting with waterjet technology. With its experience in high pressure technology, their ACM-Series improve cost-efficiency and deliver accurate cutting results.

From 20-23 March, Resato will demonstrate its product offering around unmanned operation with its ACM-2015 waterjet cutting machine. This machine is equipped with a 3-axis, 5-axis cutting head and is powered by an intensifier pump (type PJ4-4000).

The cutting quality is ensured with direct drive technology for quickly positioning cutting heads and maximizing repeatability. Additionally, the reliable high-pressure pump provides steady pressure flows to the nozzle where abrasive can be mixed to the water jet. With its 25 years of experience from other high pressure applications, Resato develops smart waterjet cutting machines that can effectively control cutting quality and accuracy.

The ACM Flexzone: More efficiency in a safe environment!

The Resato Flexzone enables fast and efficient operation: where the Infrared Fence normally prevents access to the cutting table during the cutting process, the Resato Flexzone system has the IR sensors mounted on the bridge itself, moving within the working area of the cutting head. This makes it possible to approach the table while the cutting process is ongoing, without compromising safety.
