At the Blechexpo 2017, the Dutch manufacturer of high pressure waterjet cutting system, Resato International, will demonstrate its ACM-2010 from its ACM Series. Equipped with a 3-axis and 5-axis cutting head, any material can be manufactured using cutting jobs requiring 2D, 2.5D, and 3D technology.

Cutting quality is not only ensured with direct drive technology for quickly positioning cutting heads and maximizing repeatability but also the reliable high pressure pump provides steady pressure flows to the nozzle where abrasive can be mixed to the water jet. With 25 years in high pressure technology applications, Resato has been able to manipulate pressure levels up to 14,000 bar and therewith can control cutting quality effectively.
