Together with our partner Scheidt Berlin, Resato International, the Dutch manufacturer of high pressure waterjet cutting systems, will demonstrate its ACM-2010 waterjet cutting machine from its ACM-Series at the INTEC 2019 in Leipzig, Germany. Equipped with a 3-axis and 5-axis cutting head, virtually any material can be manufactured using cutting jobs requiring 2D, 2.5D, and 3D technology.

Cutting quality is not only ensured by the direct drive technology to quickly position cutting heads and maximizing repeatability, but also by the reliable high pressure pump which provides a steady pressure flow to the nozzle. With 25 years in high pressure technology applications, Resato has been able to manipulate pressure levels up to 14,000 bar and therewith can control cutting quality effectively.
