Assen, the Netherlands. Resato International, specialist in high pressure technology and company of the year 2017 in the region of Drenthe, has been nominated for the Technishow Innovation Awards 2018 with its 24/7 unmanned operation solution for waterjet cutting.

Systems still have significant limitations to effectively support the development of continuous working processes. The focus for effective automation can be placed on abrasive management as well as on the loading processes of the machine. Similar to other business areas, a great degree of automation can be achieved through software. Waterjet systems from Resato can be operated with minimum manpower and provide new flexibility due to the focus on enhancing efficiency.

All entries for the TechniShow Innovation Award have been critically assessed by an expert jury. The jury was impressed by the high quality of tenders. It was therefore difficult for the jury to make a choice from all applications. After long jury consultation, a choice was made and Resato was nominated in the category "Made in the Benelux". On February 14, a pitch day is planned in which Resato can explain its solution. The winners will be announced on 7 March during the 'Avond van de Maakindustrie'.
