Sales Sander Vroling - Sales Director
As a Sales Director I’m responsible for the high pressure sales department. We categorized our products in two main groups; farming goods and prescription goods. Most of the farming goods the distributors can sell by themselves. While you need some level of technical knowledge we assist the distributor in the prescription goods sales process. During the year I visit all distributors about 4 times per year to discuss the sales plan, results, provide technical education and visit customers to help the distributors at complex sales. This combination of being in charge of the commercial and technical process at the end customer makes this job very interesting!
