A journey through time

1991
Founding of Resato.

Resato B.V. was acquired in a management buy-out by former management. It is this foundation that still provides us with strong development power and experience up to today.

1999
Market Entry in Waterjet Technology.

The experience in delivering high pressure pumps for waterjet units resulted in the decision to develop and manufacture optimized waterjet cutting solutions from the core, the pump, over the table to the cutting head, abrasive management systems, and software. Today our waterjet solutions are powered by best-in class high pressure components.

2009
Change in the Management.

The management buy-out by the board members provided Resato with a clear mission & vision to continue the company’s growth.

2014
Verder Group take stake in Resato via Pindustry BV.

With new capital and a new partner with experience in technology and internationalization, management invested in the growth of Resato by increasing activities in R&D, distribution, and marketing.

2016
25 years of growth. We need to move.

After 25 years of developing and manufacturing high pressure technology and growing with our international customers, we had to expand our capacity for administration and manufacturing. In May 2016, it was time: We moved into a new facility in Assen, Netherlands. More space for more productivity and fun.

2018
Market entry in Hydrogen Refueling.

To support the energy transition to a greener world, Resato developed solutions for hydrogen refueling. In 2018 the first Resato public hydrogen refueling station was realized in The Hague.

2022
Regaining focus.

In 2022 Resato International decided to regain focus on its largest business units and split the company into three: High Pressure Technology, Waterjet Technology and Hydrogen Refeuling Technology.
