Cutting
The cutting of materials is done with a high pressure water stream. This cutting method is called waterjet cutting. A waterjet cutting machine can cut through almost any material. The cutting process does not generate any heat, which means that the material along the cutting edge is not deformed. Because of this aspect and the accuracy with which the machine can cut, it is a commonly used cutting method in workshops, the automotive and aviation industry.

Pressure testing

Pressure testing
By testing your objects, you can guarantee their safety and quality. When testing, a liquid or gas is transported to the object under high pressure. The test is carried out in a (mobile) test system. The test system draws up an accurate report of the test result, so that you can see the pressure over the entire test range. Our test equipment can be found in the oil and gas industry, automotive industry, hose industry and industrial processes.

Controlling
Controlling systems manage various oil and gas components. Components such as BOP's, valves and wellheads are crucial components for safe drilling. They prevent damage to the drill shaft. It is important that the components are properly controlled and open, close and release fluid and pressure at the right time. Injection
Injection is used as an intermediate step to obtain the product. The oil is prepared by injecting a chemical substance in an oil well. By doing this the oil recovery can improve or clogged boreholes can be cleaned. Oil is produced after the chemical injection. Resato supplies the valves and test benches so that you can inject safely.

Compression
In the case of compression, a gas or liquid is pressurised. Pressure is achieved by compressing the gas or liquid. Boosters increase the pressure of gases up to 1,100 bar. The pressure of liquids is increased by pumps, up to 7,000 bar. Intensifiers can amplify this compression effect. Resato supplies pumps, boosters and intensifiers to the automotive industry.

Filling

Filling
We offer various high-pressure solutions for (re)filling a medium, depending on the sector in which you operate. In the oil and gas industry, oil in the well can be pressurized by filling. This precedes the drilling process. The filling of tanks with liquids or gases under high pressure takes place in the industrial industry. In this way, this tank functions as a battery. The medium in the tank is under constant pressure and can be used for example in water jet cutting. We also supply the public sector with hydrogen filling stations. The filling stations service various vehicles with fuel under high pressure.

Forming
