Helpdesk Support Module

In order to be there for you when you need us the most, we have optimised our Helpdesk Support to assist you even better. Due to increased activity in the Customer Care department we are moving to a call-back request approach. This means that you can reach out to us in multiple ways for a call-back request, and it allows our customer care engineers to be fully prepared for your high pressure challenges and issues.

To make use of our support, we offer the following support modules*: If you have a maintenance contract or the machine is still under warranty the support modules are free of charge

Technical support module:
Telephone support through call-back request
VPN support (if functional on customer side)
Support via ticket system
Network technical support (No guaranteed solution for network-related issues, as we have no grip on customer networks and Windows versions.)
IGEMS support module:
For customers with an up-to-date licence, the Igems support contract is included.
Telephone support for Igems questions through call-back requests.
Installation assistance
Teamviewer support
Support, if necessary, by means of an isf file
Possible bugs/wishes are passed on to Igems.

Resato does not make IGEMS programmes and is not responsible for the accuracy of information
