Due to major problems at our domain provider we have been totally down from Sunday 27th of September, 15:30 to Monday 28th of September 15:00 (GMT +1) 

 

At this moment, our website seems to be up and running again in most parts of the world. But at Resato, we are still experiencing small problems with our emails. We are getting email in but by the amount of email we are sure that it is not all.

 

The problem and its solution lay outside our company and we have to wait for the involved parties to fully solve this issue. In the meantime, we are internally looking for ways around this problem, as we have managed with our website.

 

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and at this moment is still causing you. Right now, we are focused on finding a solution and after we are fully back online we will review what happened and learn from this situation.

 

This is not a situation we want to be in but it is one we have to deal with. So we are thanking all of you for being patient and understanding with our company and our team!
