The Resato ultra high pressure food processing units are designed for hydrostatic research on behavior of food at pressures up to 10.000 bar / 145.000 psi. With a combined temperature range of -20° to +120°C The fully computer controlled system uses a database in which different test cycles can be programmed. This ensures reproducible examination. Variables like pressure, pressure build up curve, isolation time and temperature are easily programmed on the touch screen operating panel. Pressure build up is performed with hydraulic driven reciprocating intensifiers to minimize pressure fluctuations and ensure smooth pressure control. As an alternative, single shot intensifier systems are available.
