Precision for Food Innovation

Built for R&D labs and pilot plants, our HPP systems deliver the level of control required for food innovation. Operating up to 10,000 bar and within a temperature range of -20°C to +100°C, they allow precise adjustment of pressure and thermal conditions. Researchers can evaluate both cold pasteurization for fresh products and pressure-assisted thermal sterilization (PATS) for shelf-stable applications. During each cycle, temperature and pressure are continuously recorded to support analysis and certification.
